This 30-hour course will familiarize students with the growing market for bar and beverage management. The students will learn the core competencies of the Ten Pillars of Restaurant Management and learn to effectively and efficiently run a safe and profitable operation defined by the restaurant, hospitality and foodservice industry. This course leads to a National Restaurant Association's Manage First certification.
