ServSafe® Food Handler Certification
The Food Handler certification is a 3-hour course that covers basic food safety such as personal hygiene, time and temperature abuse, cross contamination, cleaning and sanitizing, and more.
This certification also satisfies the state requirement that one trained person be present at all times in any establishment.
