Description

This 15 hour program will begin by exposing employees to the Japanese culture with a variety of cultural examples and the proper etiquette relating to customer service. Employees will learn practical phrases, greetings, directions and other words and phrases commonly used with guests from Japan. Having a basic understanding of the Japanese language and culture will help employees enhance their ability to provide exceptional quality service to guests from Japan.
