Have you spent 5 years or more in the kitchen? Or have an AS Culinary degree and 3-years experience? Become an ACF Certified Sous Chef! Program includes 3 online classes and preparation for the ACF Sous Chef Certification exam.

Program is mostly online, but the in-person testing portion may have limitations due to pandemic restrictions. Masks, proof of vaccination, and social distancing may be required.

- High School Diploma/GED with five years entry level culinary experience
- 150 Continuing Education Hours (CEH) with five years entry level culinary experience
