Assistant Head Steward at Sheraton Waikiki
Assists the Head Utility Steward in the performance of his duties. Is normally responsible for the supervision of Stewards assigned to a particular shift or assignment.
Specific Job Knowledge, Skills & Abilities
Must be familiar with proper operating the dishwashing machine, deliming, cleaning & putting it back in operation. Must know how to execute and set up BEO (banquet event order), requirements & other needs of each events.
Licenses or Certification
Must have liquor card.
Must be able to at least lift 25 lbs. or more.
