Hosthelp at Sheraton Waikiki
Is responsible for the operation and cleanliness of the dining room. Assists in the direction of Waithelp and Bushelp. Checks tables to see that they are properly set; assists Food Service personnel in emergencies; greets and seats guests, and issues menus.
Specific Job Knowledge, Skills & Abilities
Knowledge of MS office, word, and excel is expected.
Previous POS experience helpful - H.S.I., Micros. Familiar with Open Table preferred. Minimum 1 year restaurant experience preferred.
Licenses or Certification
Must have liquor card.
Must be able to at least lift 25 lbs. or more. Push/pull 50 pounds.
