General Responsibilities

Is responsible for the proper issuing, pricing, recording and receipt of all Food and Beverage chits; follows established procedures in accepting cash, check or charge accounts payments; tallies and turns in daily receipts; prepares meals recap reports; prepares daily meal abstracts; is responsible for a bank; checks as required to see that all food leaving the kitchen is duly authorized; and also takes, dispatches and accounts for all room service orders.
