General Responsibilities
Assists in the supervision and instruction of and works with all Front Office Department personnel. Has a working knowledge of all Front Office, Reservations and Tour Clerk positions, and may be assigned to any such position as required in the efficient manning of the Department. May rent and assign rooms, register guests, prepare records and reports pertinent to rooms occupancy, reservations and arrivals; processes individual and group reservations; prepares records and handles correspondence related to reservations and other related duties.
