Head Pantry/Gardemanger at Sheraton Waikiki
Prepares and garnishes cold meats, fish and poultry dishes; prepares appetizers, hors d'oeuvres, relishes and salad dressings; may prepare cold sauces, pickles, meat jellies and meat stuffing’s. Assists in the supervision and training of and works with Pantry workers.
Specific Job Knowledge, Skills & Abilities
Minimum 2 years gardemanger experience necessary. Minimum of 6 months supervisory experience necessary. Previous Agilysis or Starsource experience is preferred.
Licenses or Certification
Must be able to at least lift 25 lbs. or more. Push/pull 50 pounds.
