General Responsibilities

Performs a combination of duties to facilitate food service in a dining room or banquet function. Assists Waithelp by performing such tasks as setting up tables; removing soiled linens and dishes from tables; replenishing supplies; servicing guests with incidentals such as water, coffee, tea and butter; and clearing and cleaning tables. Is also responsible for the general cleanliness of the dining room. May assist in setting up buffet tables and in replenishing food items.
