General Responsibilities

Works closely with the Front Office Manager in the supervision and instruction of all Front Office personnel. Works with Front Office personnel. Has working knowledge of all Front Office positions and can be assigned to any such position as required in the efficient staffing of the Department. May rent and assign rooms, register guests and prepare records and reports pertinent to room occupancy and arrivals. Can also assist the Front Office Manager in the preparation of reports as well as assist in policy making decisions regarding the Department.
