General Responsibilities

Has working knowledge and is able to work all Front Office positions. Has primary responsibility for room assignments, preparation of room reports, and may supervise other Front Office personnel. Handles regular cashiering tasks such as: preparing the bank deposit, making change, maintaining cash-on-hand to meet hotel requirements. May also be required to assist the Cashiers in handling problems in tracing errors, checking petty cash transactions, making a periodic check of all other Cashiers' banks, and any other accounting or cashiering functions. May supervise Cashiers and serve as Paymaster.
