Pastry Chef at Sheraton Waikiki
Is in charge of the pastry kitchen; supervises, trains and works with employees assigned to it. Is able to perform all tasks required in the operation of the pastry kitchen, such as but not limited to: Prepares desserts, pastries, confections and ice cream, coverings of meat dishes, and bakery products; creates artistic statuaries and ornaments out of sugar, pastry or ices.
Specific Job Knowledge, Skills & Abilities
Must be familiar with MS office, word, and excel.
3 years minimum experience running a pastry shop is preferred. Previous experience with Delphi is helpful. Previous Agilysis or Starsource experience is preferred.
Licenses or Certification
Must be able to at least lift 25 lbs. or more. Push/pull 50 pounds.
