General Responsibilities

Supervises, trains and schedules all employees in the Beverage Service Department. Maintains all appropriate records relating to the bar inventory and operation, and prepares all required reports. Is responsible for maintaining beverage standards and service as established by the hotel. Is also responsible for ensuring full compliance with Liquor Commission rules and regulations.

Must be familiar with MS office, word, and excel.


Minimum 2 years banquet porter experience necessary. Minimum of 6 months supervisory experience necessary. Previous experience with POS system is helpful. Knowledge of Delphi preferred.

Licenses or Certification

Must have liquor card.

Physical Requirements

Must be able to at least lift 50 lbs. or more. Push/pull 100 pounds.
