Accounting Clerk at Sheraton Maui Hotel
General Responsibilities
Under general supervision, performs one or more routine accounting operations such as accounts payable, accounts receivable, or payroll. Posts simple journal vouchers; may maintain journals, reconcile balance sheet accounts and perform various other routine accounting work.

Able to type 45 WPM and use a 10-key adding machine by touch required. Basic Math skills required. Must be proficient with MS Excel and Outlook. Excellent oral and written communication required. Must be very organized and be able to multitask effectively.
Experience
Associate Degree or 1 year hotel and/or front desk experience required.
Licenses or Certification
High School Diploma Required.
Physical Requirements
Must be able to lift 25lbs from floor to waist. Must be able to lift 20lbs overhead. Must be able to carry 20lbs with two hands, 10lbs with one hand. Must be able to pull or push with a wheeled cart 25lbs.
