Pantry at Sheraton Maui Hotel
Prepares salads, fruits, juices, dressings, cocktails, canapés and other cold dishes and serves them. Makes sandwiches, slices cold meat and portions and arranges food on serving dishes. May supervise Assistant Pantry workers.
Specific Job Knowledge, Skills & Abilities
Prior experience in Agilysys or StarSource preferred. 1 year previous pantry experience is preferred.
Licenses or Certification
Culinary certificate or degree from accredited school preferred.
Must be able to at least lift 25 lbs. or more. Push/pull 50 pounds.
