Assistant Pantry at Sheraton Maui Hotel
Assists in the preparation of salads, fruits, juices, dressings, canapés, cocktails and other cold dishes. Prepares coffee and other beverages; mixes dressings and sauces. Makes sandwiches, slices cold meats and portions foodstuff. Works independently on routine items, under general or direct supervision on major pantry requirements.
Specific Job Knowledge, Skills & Abilities
Prior experience in Agilysys or StarSource preferred. 6 months previous pastry experience is preferred.
Licenses or Certification
Culinary certificate or degree from accredited school preferred.
Must be able to at least lift 25 lbs. or more. Push/pull 50 pounds.
