Working Sous Chef at Sheraton Maui Hotel
Relieves the Executive Chef and is in charge of the Department in his absence at the appropriate Working Chef rate.
Specific Job Knowledge, Skills & Abilities
Prior experience in Agilysys or StarSource preferred. Minimum 2 years culinary experience necessary. Minimum of 6 months supervisory experience necessary.
Licenses or Certification
Culinary certificate or degree from accredited school preferred.
Must be able to at least lift 25 lbs. or more. Push/pull 50 pounds.
