Dinner Cook at Sheraton Maui Hotel
Prepares, cooks, seasons and portions foodstuffs for the noon and evening meal. Usually specializes in roasts, and entrees; prepares sauces, cold meats and vegetables. Substitutes or relieves Cook of a comparable or junior station when necessary.
Specific Job Knowledge, Skills & Abilities
Prior experience in Agilysys or StarSource preferred. 1 year previous culinary experience is preferred.
Licenses or Certification
Culinary certificate or degree from accredited school preferred.
Must be able to at least lift 25 lbs. or more. Push/pull 50 pounds.
