Head Bartender at Sheraton Maui Hotel
Supervises, trains and schedules all employees in the Beverage Service Department. Maintains all appropriate records relating to the bar inventory and operation, and prepares all required reports. Is responsible for maintaining beverage standards and service as established by the hotel. Is also responsible for ensuring full compliance with Liquor Commission rules and regulations.
Specific Job Knowledge, Skills & Abilities
Must be familiar with MS office, word, and excel.
Previous experience with POS system is helpful. Knowledge of Delphi preferred. Minimum 2 years banquet porter experience necessary. Minimum of 6 months supervisory experience necessary.
Licenses or Certification
Must have liquor card.
Must be able to at least lift 50 lbs. or more. Push/pull 100 pounds.
