To respond immediately to all owners and guest work order requests as well as common area work order requests. To ensure that the rooms are ready for owners and guests prior to arrival. Ensure that owners and guests enjoy a pleasant vacation experience.
Replace light bulbs. Replace ceiling fan control knob. Tighten Cico bed headboard. Replace Cico bed strap. Tighten hinge screws on doors. Place closet door back on track. Tighten door handles. Replace control knobs for stove. Replace oven light bulbs. Tighten plate for hanger rod. Glue rattan back on furniture. Re-hook drapes. Change filter screen for oven. Tighten shower plate. Adjust shower rod. Unclog sink. Re-attach smoke detector. Replace telephone cord. Replace telephone. Service telephone system in guest units. Unclog toilet. Tighten toilet seat. Tighten towel rack. Glue wallpaper. Replace dresser drawer handle. Tighten headboard. Maintain HVAC units in guest suites, to include preventive maintenance and removal and installation. Plumbing repairs and installation. Assist 1st class with electrical repairs and installations of various appliances, outlets, switches, circuit breakers, lighting. Demolation and construction of drywall & ceilings, to include tile. Posses general carpetentry and plumbing skills. Maintain various machine rooms (Chiller, Colling Tower, Booster Pumps and etc.) informing Maintenance manager of any descripences or malfunctions. Responsibles for the proper use and care of equipment and supplies used. Maintain effective communications with the maintenance supervisor and others as needed. To maintain and practice safety. Responsible to maintain good housekeeping, attention to neatness and cleanliness of work area after doing general maintenance in units and/or common areas.

Maintenance experience preferred
Licenses or Certification
High School Diploma
Standing for long periods of time and working in a fast paced environment.
