Maintenance Utility at Imperial Hawaii Resort
General Responsibilities
To respond immediately to all owners and guest in-suite requests. To ensure that the rooms are ready for owners and guests prior to arrival. Ensure that owners and guests enjoy a pleasant vacation experience.
Specific Duties
Replace light bulbs. Replace ceiling fan control knob. Tighten Cico bed headboard. Replace Cico bed strap. Tighten hinge screws on doors. Place closet door back on track. Tighten door handles. Replace control knobs for stove. Replace oven light bulbs. Tighten plate for hanger rod. Glue rattan back on furniture. Re-hook drapes. Change filter screen for oven. Tighten shower plate. Adjust shower rod. Unclog sink. Re-attach smoke detector. Replace telephone cord. Replace telephone. Unclog toilet. Tighten toilet seat. Tighten towel rack. Glue wallpaper. Replace dresser drawer handle. Tighten headboard. Touch up paint. Switch out appliance/Lamps
