Senior Reservations Clerk at The Royal Hawaiian Resort
Has working knowledge of and is able to work all Reservation positions. Has primary responsibility for processing of group reservations. May supervise other Reservations personnel or perform duties of lead person in the processing of individual room reservation request.
Specific Job Knowledge, Skills & Abilities
Knowledge of Excel, Word and Outlook preferred
6 months work experience as a Hotel Reservation Clerk or Guest Service Agent required. Courteous/professional telephone skills required
Licenses or Certification
