Front Services Clerk at The Royal Hawaiian Resort
Performs various clerical duties to assist members of the Uniformed Services Department with their duties. Assists hotel guests and other hotel customers by providing information on hotel services.
Specific Job Knowledge, Skills & Abilities
Must be familiar with Microsoft Office (Outlook, Excel & Word programs). Personable and friendly demeanor, team-oriented. Flexible with hours of the schedule. Must be able to multi-task.
Customer Service experience.
Licenses or Certification
High School diploma or equivalent (G.E.D.)
Must be able to lift 50 pounds & push/pull 50 pounds.
