Working Sous Chef at The Royal Hawaiian Resort
Relieves the Executive Chef and is in charge of the Department in his absence at the appropriate Working Chef rate.
Specific Job Knowledge, Skills & Abilities
Previous Agilysis or Starsource experience is preffered. Minimum 2 years culinary experience necessary. Minimum of 6 months supervisory experience necessary.
Licenses or Certification
Must be able to at least lift 25 lbs. or more. Push/pull 50 pounds
