Dinner Cook at The Royal Hawaiian Resort
Prepares, cooks, seasons and portions foodstuffs for the noon and evening meal. Usually specializes in roasts, and entrees; prepares sauces, cold meats and vegetables. Substitutes or relieves Cook of a comparable or junior station when necessary.
Specific Job Knowledge, Skills & Abilities
Previous Agilysis or Starsource experience is preffered. 1 year previous culinary experience is preferred.
Licenses or Certification
Must be able to at least lift 25 lbs. or more. Push/pull 50 pounds
