Butcher at The Royal Hawaiian Resort
Cuts, trims and prepares meats, fish and fowl for frying, roasting, broiling and stewing to order of various cooks. Makes individual cuts of meat, fish or fowl to specified size or weight in such a manner as to utilize every portion of the carcass. Stores supplies in the refrigerator, chill box or freezer. Works under little or no direct supervision.
Specific Job Knowledge, Skills & Abilities
Previous Agilysis or Starsource experience is preffered. 2 years minimum experience being a butcher is preferred.
Licenses or Certification
Must be able to at least lift 50 lbs. or more. Push/pull 100 pounds
