General Responsibilities

An entry position involving regular typing of accounting reports and materials; use of various machines to compile simple arithmetic data from bookkeeping and accounting records. Performs a variety of other routine clerical functions in billing, commissions, payroll, etc. Works under general supervision.

Specific Job Knowledge, Skills & Abilities

Able to type 45 WPM and use a 10-key adding machine by touch required. Basic Math skills required. Must be proficient with MS Excel and Outlook. Excellent oral and written communication required. Must be very organized and be able to multitask effectively .


Associate Degree or 1 year Front Desk experience required. Knowledge of accounting principles helpful but not required.

Licenses or Certification

High School Diploma Required.

Physical Requirements

Must be able to lift 25lbs from floor to waist. Must be able to lift 20lbs overhead. Must be able to carry 20lbs with two hands, 10lbs with one hand. Must be able to pull or push with a wheeled cart 25lbs.
