General Responsibilities

Has primary responsibility for the control and verification of food and beverage chits and restaurant Cashier's daily revenue report. Also prepares daily sales reports and other related clerical accounting functions.

Able to type 45 WPM and use a 10-key adding machine by touch required. Basic Math skills required. Must be proficient with MS Excel and Outlook. Excellent oral and written communication required. Must be very organized and be able to multitask effectively.


Associate Degree or 3 years Hotel Accounting or Front office/ F&B experience required.

Licenses or Certification

High School Diploma Required.

Physical Requirements

Must be able to lift 25lbs from floor to waist. Must be able to lift 20lbs overhead. Must be able to carry 20lbs with two hands, 10lbs with one hand. Must be able to pull or push with a wheeled cart 25lbs.
