Laborer at Central Resources Team

General Responsibilities

Performs jobs of an unskilled or manual nature, working under close supervision. May operate motor vehicle to pick up and deliver goods and other items, and assist in the loading and unloading of truck contents.Understands general repairs and services in all maintenance related disciplines, including but not limited to; carpentry, mechanics, plumbing, minor electrical, finish work, etc.

CPR, First Aid (can be arranged post hire). Must be able to speak, read, write and understand the primary language(s) used in the workplace. Must be able to read and write to facilitate the communication process. Requires good communication skills, both verbal and written. Must have all around skills and be able to understand electrical, plumbing, a/c, painting, wallpaper and carpentry repairs. Must possess a high level of accuracy and neatness.

Physical Requirements

Must be able to lift 50lbs from floor to waist. Must be able to lift 25lbs overhead. Must be able to carry 50lbs with two hands, 25lbs with one hand. Must be able to pull or push with a wheeled cart 100lbs.
