Waithelp Captain at Sheraton Princess Kaiulani
Assists in the supervision and coordination of the activities of department or dining room Food Service personnel. Greets guests and escorts them to table; may be required to distribute menus and take orders. Schedules dining room reservations and assists in the training of dining room personnel. Prepares reports and records as required. Assists dining room personnel when necessary.
Specific Job Knowledge, Skills & Abilities
Previous POS experience helpful - H.S.I., Micros. Knowledge of MS office, word, and excel is expected. Familiar with Open Table prefered. Minimum 2 year restaurant experience preferred. 6 months supervisory experience expected.
Licenses or Certification
Must have liquor card
Must be able to at least lift 25 lbs. or more. Push/pull 50 pounds
